Milan expects the masses, and other penalties from UEFA

Though he avoided the worst, excluding European cups, Milan will not escape from UEFA penalties.

Changes in ownership, large debt created over the years, confrontation with UEFA bodies and then one year out of the cups of Europe, a decision that was annulled in CAS but has not ended.

Problems related to financial fair play violations are still present in Milan and the daily Repubblica writes today that within a few days the first penalties will be given by the UEFA control body before moving to the Settlement Agreement, the agreement where Milan will find a middle course to gradually reduce the deficit, at a time that will not be ruled out by the European cups.

First, UEFA has blocked Milan’s earnings for this season in European Cups, and is not known when to hand it off, while other measures are expected.

First, Milan will go to a fine of about 20 million euros, of which the club will have to redeem one part of the red, and the rest will depend on the improvement of the balance sheets.

Later, Milan could be denied the inclusion of new purchases on the Europa League list after January, including Brazilian Paqueta.

Finally, in August 2019, the parties will meet again to discuss the Settlement Agreement, where there will be significant restrictions on spending on players’ salaries.
